I get up at 7:30 on Day 4 and have good light to take some decent pics of the group's camp. This pic shows 2 Marmot tents and two tarps.

  • I reach Naked Ground Gap and place dead leaves in the mud at my tent spot to protect the floor.
  • Landon Camp in Naked Ground Gap.
  • Main camp in Naked Ground looking east on Seven Mile Ridge to my tent.
  • Around 8:30pm on Day 3 I hear voices and it's 11 backpackers coming up the Nutbuster trail in the dark and they set up in NG's main camp as I watch and take flash pics in the fog.
